Badger Fever

20120111-131656.jpg

Here’s my badgers version of my felt hair flowers! :)

Packer Fever!

Packer Fever!!

This here is my creation of a Packer themed hair flower. (Modeled by the wonderful Miss Kayla). I cut the “G” on the puzzles machine then used resin to coat it. After it was dry I scrounged up some felt and hot glued away!

Candy Buttons

I made these goodies for my sister as well for Christmas. Homemade candy buttons, who knew you could make such fun things! It was super easy and super cheap and fun..the only downfall is your hand gets quite tired after piping little dots for hours upon end! They were delicious and Mackenzie sure enjoyed them!

“My Stache” Jar

Now the mustache is making a big comeback with the help of Kayla at Picture this so I found it fitting to keep up with the times and use a mustache in my next DIY Christmas Project. For this I took a jar I found at Big Lots (for only 4 dollars!) and some black vinyl we sell at Picture This and designed a little die cut on the Pazzles machine and cut it out and stuck it on! It sure was a big hit with my sister, the receiver of the gift. :)

Chalkboard Mugs

I made some chalkboard paint using a tutorial I found online. All you need is some non-sanded tile grout (2 tablespoons), and one cup of paint (In any color!) You mix em’ up and paint er’ on! I got some contact paper and cut out a design with my Spellbinders Labels One and stuck it onto a mug and started painting. They turned out good I thought and the receivers of the gifts loved them as well. Stay tuned for another good DIY gift idea! :)
